how far in advance should we book coffee pony?
Without customization: We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance, depending on availability.

With customization: a minimum of 1 month is required for services that include custom signage and cups.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
How do cancellations, reschedules, and refunds work for our booking?
We understand that plans can change! Here's how we handle cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds:

Deposits for any event canceled within 24 hours of its scheduled date are non-refundable.

For events that include custom branding, your deposit becomes non-refundable once the custom branding materials have been approved and ordered. If you need to cancel a custom event before branding is approved and ordered, you are eligible for a full refund of any payments made.

We are happy to reschedule your event for a future date at no additional charge, subject to our availability.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve all of the greater Austin area. Our services also extend to the city of San Antonio for an additional travel fee. We are also happy to travel further for your event; please contact us with your event details for a personalized quote.
